Trauma is a person’s emotional response to a distressing experience. It can be a result of single or multiple adverse events or toxic people in someone’s life, that leave an emotionally disturbing impact on the mind, limiting the person’s physical and mental functioning.
NLP Trauma Processes are powerfully effective and a useful tool in eliminating the harmful effects of trauma, such as Fear, Guilt, and Resentment.
Other symptoms may include:
1) Self-Doubt (Negative Self-Judgment)
2) Low Self Confidence
3) Recurrent Negative Emotions (Sadness, Anger)
4) Sleep Terrors
5) Clinical Diagnosis of PTSD, Anxiety or Depression
Betrayal trauma is caused by a violation of trust or security on which a person depends for their well-being. It may be due to childhood neglect, abandonment, sexual or emotional abuse, domestic violence or even loss of a loved one.
Additional symptoms may include:
1) Codependency
2) Fear of Abandonment
3) Dysfunctional Relationships
Grief is a natural reaction to loss. It is a strong, overwhelming emotion of sadness for people, and may leave them feeling numb and unable to carry on with their daily activities.
The loss may include the death of a loved one, diagnosis of a debilitating disease or disability, ending of an important relationship or job, or loss through theft, natural disasters and war.
The grieving process is normal. However, if it prolongs, it may leave long lasting emotional effects. NLP processes have proven useful in healing the trauma of losing something precious.
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is the most common psychological disorder in people who have suffered a severe trauma or natural disaster. If the negative emotional and psychological impact of a traumatic incident persists for more than 4 weeks, it is then referred to as PTSD. However, some studies show that the risk of other anxiety disorders, such as phobias, is also elevated in the months following a serious trauma.
Symptoms may include:

Hi. My name is Hina Fatima and I am an NLP Master- Trauma Relief Coach, based in Fresno, California. I am also a foreign medical graduate (MBBS) from Dow University of Health Sciences, Pakistan, and was unable to complete my residency in US due to unavoidable family circumstances.
I migrated to US in 2008 and live with husband and two daughters in Fresno, California since 2014. I have worked in Clinical Research for 3 years before getting certified as Master NLP Practitioner through NLPCA.
Being a trauma survivor myself and having suffered from severe postpartum depression twice, healing from trauma and PTSD is very important to me. We tend to brush most of our childhood and teenage trauma under the carpet, hoping that time will heal, whereas it surfaces back when it's least expected.
Fear, guilt, resentment and self-doubt are classic ways trauma resurfaces whereas, flashbacks, intrusive memories and emotional numbing are often symptoms of PTSD. Add to them codependency, the constant need to seek validation and self-worth from others, and there you have Betrayal Trauma.
Betrayal Trauma tends to create a lot of self-hesitance leaving you feeling vulnerable.
It’s okay to be vulnerable but it’s not okay to suffer in silence.
I have created, Heal with Hina, a personalized coaching program that utilizes specialized NLP Techniques to help alleviate your fear and self doubt so you can lead a happy, prosperous life.
It is a safe place where you can talk about your trauma with zero judgment. I promise you, it is possible to heal without re-living the trauma over and over again in your mind.
Let me help you move past your trauma!
We can do this together!

NLP stands for Neurolinguistic Programming. As the name suggests, it is the use of language to influences our mindset, thought process, and the way we store information (memory) to bring about emotional and behavioral change. It is a non-conventional, personal developmental tool created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970s. It utilizes effective diagnostic and interventional processes that help you change the way you think, thus changing the way you feel and behave consequently. The processes have been created after modeling excellence in others. NLP Trauma Process is a healing modality that has been proven useful for several psychological problems, such as phobias, anxiety, and PTSD.
Mental health coaching is a form of strength-based support for persons living with mental illness. Coaches help clients develop a healthy balance in life, give guidance in decision making, offer support in navigating mental health difficulties, and assist in establishing a recovery plan. Coaches help clients find ways to obtain and maintain stability, manage difficult symptoms, rebuild relationships, and find a purpose for living. Coaches also help clients find resources for professional care and treatment, family support, and education.
Coaches are not licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, or doctors (psychiatrists). They do not diagnose or offer professional care or treatment for mental health difficulties and disorders. Coaching is action-oriented with an emphasis on improving one’s present life and reaching goals for the future. Mental health coaches use a partnership model wherein the client is considered to be the expert on his or her life, the one who decides what is worth doing, while the coach provides expertise in supporting successful change. Coaching emphasizes honoring values and making principle-based decisions, creating a clear plan of action, and using current strengths to reach future goals. The coach provides accountability to help the client stay on track.
A trauma-informed coach is a coach who has received specialized training in trauma and has a comprehensive understanding of how to work with clients who have experienced trauma.
They are equipped to help clients process their traumatic experiences and work towards healing and recovery in a safe and supportive environment free from re-traumatization. They are equipped to work with clients in a way that is sensitive to their needs and experiences. They understand the importance of trust and rapport in the coaching relationship, and they work to build a strong and supportive relationships with their clients.
In short, a trauma-informed coach is a coach who has the knowledge, skills, and understanding to work effectively with clients who have experienced trauma, helping them to heal, recover, and move forward in their lives.
Trauma-aware coaching and trauma-informed coaching both focus on the impact of trauma and how it affects individuals, but they approach the topic in slightly different ways.
Trauma-aware coaching involves coaches who have a basic understanding of trauma and its effects, and are mindful of the potential for trauma to impact their clients. They are knowledgeable about the signs and symptoms of trauma and are able to create a safe and supportive coaching environment. However, they may not have received specialized training in trauma or have a comprehensive understanding of how to work with clients who have experienced trauma.
Trauma-informed coaching, on the other hand, involves coaches who have received specialized training in trauma and have a comprehensive understanding of how to work with clients who have experienced trauma. They understand the effects of trauma on an individual's mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and they approach their coaching with this in mind. They are equipped to help clients process their traumatic experiences and work towards healing and recovery in a safe and supportive environment.
In conclusion, while trauma-aware coaching is an important first step, trauma-informed coaching provides a deeper level of understanding and specialized skills to effectively work with clients who have experienced trauma.
Coaching is not therapy or counseling. Coach does not claim to diagnose, treat or cure a mental disease.
